Building on the history and proven effectiveness of Magpul's MS Sling series, the Magpul RLS (Rifleman Loop Sling) is a strong, lightweight, and affordable aid for shooting and retaining a rifle.
Taking inspiration from Rhodesian and 1907 match-style slings, the RLS was made using Magpul's unique nylon mesh webbing and durable polymer hardware.
In its retention role, the RLS functions as a discreet rifle sling and retention device, securely holding the rifle behind the shoulder.
When needed, the RLS can be quickly deployed by gripping the adjustable forward loop with the support arm, creating a stable shooting position and firmly placing the rifle against the shoulder.
The RLS's key feature is Magpul's special chafe-resistant 1 ¼" nylon mesh webbing; Its tubular construction eliminates rough edges that may cause rubbing or snagging, providing comfortable cushioning to the user when shouldered.
